Is there always one jackpot winner?

Jackpot: none, one or multiple

Draws grouped by the number of winning 5+2 lines. Winning lines do not necessarily equal individual winners.

Prizes and participation over time

Payouts and stakes in results files become known after a draw. They describe the outcome and are not used as hidden pre-draw inputs.

Calendar candidate · locked on 12 October

84 variants were explored. One had a 13.4% higher historical mean number-match count, without a demonstrated increase in jackpot odds. Two future lines are locked for an open comparison.

Calculated on your device

Your birthday gives a personal year, month and day for the draw date. Your own number and the digit root of a known announced prize can form a separate combined hypothesis.

What happens when we test the archive?

Enter your birthday above. The test uses draws before your chosen draw date. Historical payouts are never substituted for pre-draw pots.

Historical exploration is not independent confirmation. Trying many names, dates, sums and rules increases the chance of finding accidental patterns. Freeze a rule before new draws and compare future outcomes with a random baseline.

Birthday stories with sources

A small, selected sample
These are reported anecdotes. They do not tell us what fraction of all winners had a birthday. Birthday data and ticket counts are missing for winners and other players. Unknown fields remain unknown.

What is known before and after a draw?

01

Before

Personal numbers, draw date, a known announced pot and a fixed selection rule.

02

Register

Seven selected numbers, rule version, currency, source history and timestamp. Your setup can be downloaded locally.

03

After

Actual winning numbers, matches, winning lines and payouts. Compare them with the fixed rule and baseline.

The prize digit root is a chosen rule

Example: EUR 120,000,000 gives 1+2 = 3. Changing currency may change the digit root. This is a symbolic link to the amount, not a physical property of the draw. Currency and rounding must be fixed in advance.

Historical Euro numbers are mapped to the pool of 8, 10 or 12 that applied at the time. Out-of-range values wrap into the pool; duplicates receive deterministic replacements. The random expectation uses the same historical rules.

Data gaps are visible

Full birthdays, many actually selected lines, individual stakes and historical pre-draw pots are unavailable. Four birthday stories do not form a representative training set.

The jackpot field for 13 January 2023 is missing in the CSV. Norsk Tipping confirms no 5+2 winners; no prize amount is invented.
